As a native of Nelson County, Bardstown area, Stephanie grew up on a farm and from a very early age loved to watched her Dad and Uncle buy, sell and trade farms, land and other real estate. She knew she wanted to do this at some point in her life. After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Stephanie pursued a career in retail management for over 25 years. Hiring, training, managing, scheduling, counseling, merchandising and above all, customer service extraordinaire, were a few of the hats she has worn. She then had a great opportunity to pursue something more, and decided it was time to retire from retail and start a new career in real estate. Her only regret is that she didn't do it sooner!

She has served her community in many capacities from Forgotten Louisville, Dare to Care Food Bank, Frazier Rehab Center, Catholic Charities Refugees, and Lifebridge ministries. She and EXIT Realty Corp. also support Habitat for Humanity and to date have donated over $10 million to the charity and built over 30 homes.

In Stephanie's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She loves to travel, decorate, and be crafty when time allows. Also, she is adjusting to being an empty nester and is ready to travel the world.
